The Buyer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.


The order is completed once the Buyer provides the required details and full payment.


The Seller reserves the right to approve or decline any order for any reason, including lack of stock or payment issues.

 

4. Prices and Payments
        Prices displayed in the store are denominated in US Dollar.


Prices include Florida Sales Tax of 6% or other applicable taxes.


Payment method: Credit Card only.


In the event of a pricing error or technical issue, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

Delivery method(s): Host will deliver items to the property.

In case of delay, the Buyer will be notified.


6. Cancellations and Refunds
         

Cancellation policy: The Buyer may cancel the order within 24 Hours from the date of purchase, unless          otherwise required by local law.


Refunds will be processed within 5 days using the same credit card used for purchase, unless agreed otherwise.


Return shipping costs will be borne by Buyer.


7. Responsibility and Service

Warranty period: None


The Seller is responsible only for defects in the product/service supplied.


The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or inconvenience caused to the Buyer.

       The Seller will use Buyer’s personal data solely for order processing.


Data retention period: 6 months / until required for legal compliance.
